The Sheepshead belongs to the Sparidae family. Although it reaches a maximum size of about 76 cm and 22 lbs (9.6 kg), the adult sheepshead is most often about 5 to 3.6 kg and 35 cm long. The Hogfish belongs to the Labridae family. The adult size may rich 90 cm for 10 kg/ It has a lifespan of 11 years. It breeds from February to March. It can be fished from May to October. The hogfish is large with a tall, round body that is laterally compressed. This contrasts with other wrasses, which tend to be smaller and cigar-shaped. The caudal fin is slightly lunar and the first three dorsal spines are elongated and thickened, dragging behind the fin. The tips of the dorsal and anal fins are pointed. It uses its elongated pig-shaped snout and large protruding mouth to root around the prey's lower substrate. The color of the hogfish is variable and depends on age, sex and habitat. It generally ranges from pearl white to mottled red with a black spot at the back base of the soft ridge. Men tend to be more intense in color than women. Young individuals and females are mainly pale grey, brown or reddish brown, with a lighter underside. The iris is a bright red color.

The Lesser Amberjack belongs to the Carangidae family. It has an average length of 50 cm for 4,53 kg. It has a lifespan of about ten years. It spawns throughout the year. It can be fished all year round. The body is short, a little wide and slightly tapered from the middle to each end. Above the lateral line, they are olive green, brownish, dark pinkish or purple and below the lateral line, they are white or silver grey. A slightly golden line extends from the eye to the tail and a dark band extends diagonally from the eye almost to the first dorsal fin. Juveniles have seven to eight brownish, irregular and sometimes broken bands. The first rounded dorsal fin has eight spines. The second largest dorsal fin, which is not connected to the first, has a spine and 30 to 32 rays. There are three spines and 19 to 20 rays on the anal fin. The second dorsal fin and the smallest anal fin are similar in shape, with the front ends extending to a peak. The tail is in the shape of a boomerang.

The Warsaw Grouper belongs to the Serranidae family. It can reach a maximum length of 226 cm for 263 kg. It can live for more than 30 years. They lay eggs from August to September. The Warsaw grouper is the only member of the genus Epinephelous that has 10 dorsal spines, the second of which is much longer than the third. Some individuals can reach a maximum height of 80 cm for a weight of 7 kg. It lives between 20 and 25 years. It reproduces between April and June and lay 100,000 to 300,000 eggs. The Bronze Bream can be fished all year round in 2nd category streams and is not hard to catch with the right bait. In Europe, there are 2 or 3 types of bream, 5 species and 2 subspecies. The Bronze bream has a very high and strong body flattened laterally. The bushy back, especially in older individuals, is characteristic of this fish. Its body is covered with large scales and mucus. The Bronze bream has a fairly small eye compared to the size of the muzzle. The mouth is small, oblique, barbless and protractile. The upper jaw protrudes beyond the lower jaw. Teeth are subject to seasonal replacement. The anal fin is very long and has 23-30 soft rays. On the other hand, the dorsal fin is short and inserted behind the pelvic fins. The caudal fin is very indented with the lower lobe longer than the upper lobe.
