The Great Barracuda
The Great Barracuda belongs to the Sphyraenidae family. Adult specimens are generally between 60 and 100 cm long and weigh between 2.5 and 9.0 kg. It has a life span of 14 years. The coloring is a yellowish grey to greenish on the top and white to yellow below. A characteristic dark spot at the tip of the snout is more or less visible, especially in young sharks.
